The Gmail CRM to Clickup solution allows users, while viewing email in the Gmail user interface, to also work with Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Emails, Properties, Tasks, Checklists & Projects, Quotes, Invoices & Inventory associated with the email address, to sync the emails and tasks and notes with the CRM and Back-Office solutions, and update tasks saved against opportunities, projects, leads, quotes, invoices, etc.

When tasks are created or updated in other apps, those tasks are synced with the CRM so that while in your email, you get real-time information, updated information from the CRM and other app data, while in the Gmail user interface.
