Whenever a record, contact, account, or any other item is deleted from Salesboom, it is not immediately gone forever — it is moved to the Trash, where it waits for your final decision. The Trash button is located at the top of the screen, above the row of Salesboom.com tabs.

Before you can restore or permanently delete items, you need to select them. Salesboom's Trash page makes bulk selection fast and efficient for teams handling large volumes of deleted data.

Click the check box to the left of any item to select it individually. A check mark appears confirming your selection. Repeat for each record you want to act on.

Click the Select All button — located both above and below the trash list — to instantly select every item on the page in a single click, ready for bulk action.

Click the Clear All button — also above and below the trash list — to deselect everything and start your selection over if you change your mind before acting.
