The Salesboom Trash is your CRM's safety net — deleted items are never immediately gone forever. They wait in Trash until you make a deliberate final decision.
Remove From Trash
Restores the item to its original location. All data is intact. Fully reversible.
Shred
Permanently deletes the item. Cannot be recovered. Irreversible action.
Before restoring or shredding, select your items. Three simple controls give you full flexibility whether you are handling one record or hundreds.
Click the check box to the left of any item to select it individually. A check mark appears confirming your selection. Repeat for each record you want to act on.
Click the Select All button — located both above and below the trash list — to instantly select every item on the page in a single click, ready for bulk action.
Click the Clear All button — also above and below the trash list — to deselect everything and start your selection over if you change your mind before acting.
Made a mistake? Instantly restore any deleted item back to its original location with all data intact.
Certain the data is no longer needed? The Shred function permanently removes it. This action cannot be undone.
