The Personal Settings section gives every Salesboom user direct control over their account, display preferences, and productivity tools — without requiring IT support or administrator involvement.

Change your Salesboom login credentials at any time through the Personal Settings panel. The Change My Password page walks you through a secure update process with clear validation rules.

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Every Personal Setting

Follow these simple steps to configure each area of your Salesboom Personal Settings — no IT support required.

Change Your Password

Click Change My Password in Personal Settings. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Remember: minimum 5 characters, case-sensitive, cannot contain your username. Click Save.

Set Your Currency Display

Click Customize Currency Display. Select your currency from the dropdown or enter a custom one. Click Update Currency — changes reflect immediately across all your forecasts and reports.

Update Your User Information

Click Edit My User Information, then click either Edit button. Update your User Details and Address Details as needed. Click Save to confirm, or use Change Password to update credentials from this page.

Reorder Tabs, Buttons, and Sidebar

Click Reorder My Tabs and use the arrow icons to reorder elements. Toggle On/Off to show or hide any tab, button, or sidebar panel. Drag sidebar panels directly from the interface itself.

Select a Display Theme

Click Select a Theme. Choose between the Salesboom Default Theme and the Accessibility Theme — designed for high contrast and screen-reader compatibility. Click Use this Theme to apply instantly.

Share Your Calendar and Set Calling

For calendar: click Share My Calendar → Share my Calendar → select access level → Save. For calling: click Calling Preferences → select your preferred method → Save. Both are active immediately.

Customizing Your Tabs, Buttons, and Sidebar Layout

Salesboom's interface is fully personalizable. The Reorder My Tabs section lets every user control their workspace independently — with zero impact on teammates.

Customize Buttons

Buttons are quick-access tools displayed in the upper-middle area of your Salesboom window. Use arrow icons to reorder them, and the On/Off status link to toggle each button's visibility. Buttons set to Off are hidden but never deleted.

Customize Tabs

Tabs are the primary navigation elements in Salesboom. Reorder them using arrow icons to put your most-used modules first. Use the On/Off status link to hide tabs you rarely access — they can be re-enabled at any time.

Customize Sidebar

The sidebar surfaces key CRM information at a glance. Reorder panels using arrow icons or drag them directly from the top-right corner of each panel. Closed panels are collected in More Panels — click the + icon to restore any.
