Within Acme's account detail page, scroll to the Contacts section to find Jane Doe's record. If the contact does not yet exist, create a new contact before proceeding.

Click on Jane Doe's name to open her contact detail page, where her full interaction history, open tasks, and task history records are all maintained in one view.

In the Task History section of the contact's detail page, click the Log a Call button. This opens a form specifically designed to capture call subject, date, duration, and notes.
