Jobs will be grouped into the following categories, for display on Map, with reports for each category:

Job Scheduling:

The customer has a spreadsheet of jobs that will be imported into the system. Schedule jobs daily and weekly, change priority based on age, and group by Grids mapped on Google Maps.

Ability to batch import jobs on an ongoing basis, self-service, by Customer. As Job information is updated in the system, the updated job information is updated in near real-time, for reporting and mapping.

Jobs are organized in a daily & weekly schedule of jobs based on priority, Map Grid, and Age. Weekly Job Schedules reports display Jobs for that week, including address and customer information, Map Grid, who is completing the work on the job, and a link to the corresponding Google Maps locations pinned on a Google Map.

Job Prioritization :

Crews can log in online to see Jobs plotted on Google Maps and see daily & weekly work schedules.

The Job Status field tracks the current status of each Job.

If the Job Status field = Scheduled then it appears in the weekly schedule, based on the job start date

If the Job Status field = Completed then it drops off the weekly schedule

The job Priority field tracks the priority of the Job from 1-5

Prioritization of Jobs based on Age, Job Status, and location on the Map Grid

Job Age Report to aid in scheduling.

Daily and Weekly Dispatch Maps display jobs scheduled daily and weekly.

All Jobs Map, showing all jobs on a map, with the corresponding Age, what week it is booked, the date booked, etc.

Quoting Jobs and Invoicing customers.

Jobs are quoted with the custom quote template embedded, as per the sample quotes provided by the customer. Quotes can be emailed and downloaded to a pdf file.
