Network Uptime guarantees (99.8%) the network will be available to customers unless scheduled maintenance is required. will reimburse a percentage of the monthly fee for your downtime and up to 100% of the monthly fee if deemed necessary. will not issue reimbursements if the customer caused the downtime.

Hardware Guarantee assumes full responsibility for all leased hardware at no cost to the customer. In the event of a hardware issue, our commitment is to have you up and running within an hour. will reimburse 5 to 100% of your monthly fee if it takes longer than an hour.
