Salesboom.com works hard to keep performance and uptime to the highest possible percentage (99.8%) guaranteed. Salesboom.com has 24/7 technical and customer support at two of its World Class Facilities.

Salesboom.com guarantees Quality Hardware and Network Uptime to assure customer satisfaction!

Network Uptime
Salesboom.com guarantees (99.8%) the network will be available to customers unless scheduled maintenance is required. Salesboom.com will reimburse a percentage of the monthly fee for your downtime and up to 100% of the monthly fee if deemed necessary. Salesboom.com will not issue reimbursements if the customer caused the downtime.

Hardware Guarantee
Salesboom.com assumes full responsibility for all leased hardware at no cost to the customer. In the event of a hardware issue, our commitment is to have you up and running within an hour. Salesboom.com will reimburse 5 to 100% of your monthly fee if it takes longer than an hour.

Please note:
Service level agreements only apply to customers' whose accounts are in good standing.
