Merge fields through a Spreadsheet
You can export your data from the CRM to a .csv file, which is the file used by spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
When you export the updated data from the CRM, into a spreadsheet, it can be used to do a mail merge with a word document in Word or Google Docs.
That spreadsheet can be used as data to populate other spreadsheet applications.
The same file can be imported into other apps and databases, to synchronize the data in a batch job.

One of the more common data quality challenges is duplicate data. When fields exist in many databases, and different apps, there is some overlap, and there can be duplicate data fields that need to be merged.
