Overview
Human Resource Management in Salesboom consists of a system for Employee Relationship Management, Corporate policy and violation management, Employee Expense and reimbursement management and expense reports.
You can manage all your employees and their data is seamlessly integrated with Salesboom CRM and ERP functionalities.

All Employees of your organization can be tracked, managed, viewed and searched from within Salesboom whether or not the employees themselves are registered Salesboom Users. All Salesboom Users can view and search the organization directory for quick contact of co-workers. HR personnel can manage Employees including the ability to log and manage Corporate Policy Violations, Employee Paid Time Off Requests (PTOs), manage new employees and those leaving, track Expenses and Reimbursements, etc.

Any newly created Employee will now have a unique Employee Number assigned by Salesboom just like policies and violations. Employees are associated to a User Account if one is created for that employee. Salesboom automatically generates an employee record when a user is added to Salesboom CRM. Salesboom will automatically update an Employee record when a User's Account is updated, so the employee and Salesboom user information are synchronized.
With the proper settings in the user profile, such the HR Manager Profile, users can create/edit/view employees.
Quick create for Employees
Located on Employees home page. When you are in a hurry, use the Employees Quick Create form to enter the minimum of data on a Employee. Later you can come back and update the Employee to fill in all the pertinent information. This is perfect for when you have to create many Employees. You can quickly get them logged in Salesboom, then can come back and update them at your leisure.
Related Records at the bottom of each Employee Record
Active Violations - A simplified view showing only active Corporate Policy Violations by the employee you are currently viewing. (ie where the Policy is Active and the Violation's Status is Open). Clicking on "View Policy" link will show information about each Policy they violated and the status of that violation. This can be viewed by users with profile Standard HR Manager or System Administrator
All Violations - Clicking this related report tab shows ALL violations for that Employee, past and present, and is only visible to Standard HR Manager or System Administrator.
At the bottom of each Employee record there is a "Log Policy Violation" button. When you click it a new violation is displayed with the Employee's info already filled in so you can quickly log a corporate policy violation.

Employee Policy Violation Reports
When viewing an Employee record, there are related reports to show Corporate policy information and for select HR users, a history of policy violations by each employee.
Users with non-HR permissions set in profiles can only view Employees and Corporate Policies created by the organization.
