Salesboom.com’s 25th Anniversary Edition Approaching

It’s coming! Salesboom.com’s 25th Anniversary Edition is approaching. This is an exciting time for Salesboom.com as we celebrate the 25th generation of our CRM Software Platform. The 25th Anniversary celebration of our platform comes after releasing 4 to 5 generations per year since 2003. Over the years we have grown and advanced our core CRM Platform drastically as we added and enhanced our features and functionality. This was possible only with the help of our clients who have assisted our growth and suggested features or improvements allowing us to serve businesses better.

Formed in 2002, Salesboom.com began providing businesses of all sizes with user friendly Web Based CRM Software in 2003. We are now the largest privately held On Demand CRM Software provider and situated to be the next to go public.

Enhanced Web Services API Released: Enter the Enterprise Ecosystem

With our 25th Anniversary Edition approaching we have just released our Enhanced Web Services Application Programming Interface (API) allowing for simple integrations and customizability. Our Web Services API is built on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) which can be used to extend Salesboom.com’s functionality as well as to integrate with desktop, third-party and home grown applications.

Using our Enhanced Web Services API, the Salesboom.com CRM Platform is able to create an Enterprise Ecosystem which provides businesses with a single location where they can manage their entire business. This allows businesses to streamline operations, cut down administrative work while increasing user adoption since employees have the ability to manage real time data within one platform. Our Enhanced Web Services API also drastically cuts integration time and resources required to successfully integrate with existing applications since they can easily plug into Salesboom.com’s Ecosystem via the API.

The Enhanced Web Services API acts as the backbone of our Enterprise Ecosystem. The API works by directly connecting external databases over the internet to Salesboom.com’s database where companies can then access information via the User Interface our clients are accustomed to. Building the Enterprise Ecosystem takes place in the background and is easy to accomplish, any application in the world can connect to Salesboom.com using predefined database calls to send and receive information like accounts, contacts, leads, invoices or any other important data. The Ecosystem is the next step in true real time Enterprise Management Software and will break down the barriers between software applications, office locations and internal departments.
