Slack messages are managed as they normally are in the Slack interface, including hashtags, and seamlessy integrated so users stay in their comfortable Slack environment, while in the background, our plugin works with Salesboom API to keep information updated, with our plugin that we write and we maintain.
Slack Messages keep track of all conversations with all team members as well as with vendors, customers, partners, employees, etc. in Slack an those messages are synched with Salesboom Cloud CRM and attached to the Contact record or Account, Lead, Project, Task records in the CRM.
